24mm Seatpost Custom Made for MBM

If you are looking for this part you will know its mega rare, we gave up looking so we first had some shims made for 22.2mm seatpost (check parts we have a few left) then we thought lets make the real thing, so we went to a cnc guy bought some strong high grade steel (T45 same as used in rally car frames) and had its finished to 24mm, we then searched for any of the U.S.E. sx clamps and popped it in place, seatpost is inline style due to sx clamp, but it does look very clean, price is high we dont make alot on this, its more of a project that got out of hand, it would be even more if we went and had it coated to protect it for longer life, but we have left it bare, so you will have to keep it protected and when fitting make sure to pack with grease, the steel is a high grade so if you keep it protected you will have a pin that should give many years service, protect it with some wd40 or wipe a rag over it with oil or grease, this will help protect the finish. I know some people will say well you can just cut a pipe and job done, well you certainly can, but someone out there had to do something and get a pin sorted so we did, we only have a very small number of these post. just over 10
